Enjoying my time off...

I've enjoyed my time off and know that in a few days, it'll be back to work...Ugggh...I worked a bit today on a few cards with a Valentine's Day theme.  Huh?  Yep, I'm looking ahead to February already.  I still have to make and send about six more Christmas/Winter/New Year cards, but I just felt in the MOOD for giving these unloved stamps some LUVVV too.

You'll see another card made using this deelish patterned paper soon...Just can't post it quite yet.  On the card above, I used the set Hearts2Love by The Stamps of Life.

In this card, I pulled three sets from Stamps of Life.   Can you figure out which sets I used?  Visit the website to see if you can figure it out.

Did a little doodling too.  Notice the decoration on the vase and the little leaves...That's me...all me...

Be back soon with more creations.

You would think...

You would think that with all the cards I have in my craft room that I would have the perfect card for my Mom's birthday, my parents' anniversary AND a friends anniversary right??? WRONG...Nothing jumped out so guess what I've been doing all day today...

Here's my Mom's birthday card. Just a little tweaking of the sentiment set Mixed Greetings and I was able to make the vase (from the sentiment in the circle) and the flowers.

My parents' anniversary card....They are leaving for the Carribbean in a few days so I thought this was a perfect anniversary send off. Used the summer fun set by Stamps of Life.

And here's the anniversary card. Used some scraps of crate paper and two sets by TAC.

So now I think I'm set for the weekend... Be back tomorrow to share my favorite Technique for the Woodware Weekly Challenge and on Monday I'll share what else I made...and the close ups of these cards too!

Have a great weekend!
