I decided that I needed to make something portable and easy to use. I wanted it to have both the numbers and the names for each marker in the Copic collection. It took some time to enter all the information in on the computer, but I did it! After printing my document out, I cut it into color family strips and assembled them into a small book...I bound my book with my bind it all and then added some ribbon (of course I did, we're best friends you know! LOL)...
This booklet has been so handy! I take it out and compare colors of cardstock, identify colors on other cards I see, keep track of the colors I have, and maintain one sense of order... If only this could be my whole craft room!!!
So, here are some shots of my new "toy"... I used TAC alphabet stamps, my bind it all and the threading water punch to create this book. All colored paper by The Paper Company. All ribbon from Wal-Mart (el-cheapo ribbon).
PS... I hope to be attending the Copic Certificaton class this October in Charleston, SC...I'm excited to learn new techniques and have some FUN!!!
If you are interested in getting a chart like this, let me know and I'd be happy to email it to you.
ETA: Sorry, I'm no longer emailing this chart from emailed request via blogger...I've had so many spam emails since posting and sending some of my charts and I believe at least one person was not trustworthy with my email...I will be giving this document to friends that email me through stamp-shack and through splitcoast...That's it...Sorry!
Kerry

Due to spamming...I'm no longer honoring requests to email the chart. You can find me at splitcoast (kerbear) or at stamp-shack (kerry). I hope to find a way to post it on my blog soon. I will also be sending the chart to trusted addresses and friends on stamping sites I visit.

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and I love your work! TFS! I would love to get your Copic pages but I can't find your SCS name anywhere. I am alyciajo421 could you PM and I will give you my email to send? Or would you like to do it another way? You inspire me! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI know this is a little bit late, but I was looking for your Magnolia cards and happened across this post. I would love a copy, but I can't find you on Magnolia-licious.
ReplyDeleteI am new to this society. Your blog is so helpful for me to start the card making and paper crafting. I am interested in copic and can't wait to start it. Could I have your copic chart? Could you suggest me how to start copic? How do you get the copic certified? Sorry to ask you questions which you think are silly. Many thanks.
