Hello there Joy Clair friends!  It's Kerry here and I'm excited to share a new stamp set called God's Promises.  If you arrived here from Betz' blog, you're on the right track!  It's a beautiful set with several bible verses as well as images that work so well with cardmaking and bible journaling!  I decided to create an uplifting and encouraging card to share with a friend.

I started out by stamping the rainbow lines on some white cardstock.  I then colored the lines with rainbow colors (Copics) and doodled the word love on the rainbow lines.  After creating the rainbow I colored the sun and stamped the clouds and then cut everything out.  

I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock then doodled and cut out a whimsical border around it to create a panel to add the cut pieces to.  I assembled the images onto the stamped panel and mounted it onto the card base with foam squares.  To finish the card off, I added a little sparkle to the sun to make it shine!
