It's not quite Spring yet but it sure does look like it around here! The flowers are sprouting, the trees are budding and the robins are a huntin'! It's time to get into the cheerful mood and celebrate NEW LIFE and GREEN, GREEN, GREEN!!!
This week at the Woodware USA blog, we're celebrating SPRING a bit early. Our weekly challenge is SPRING...so to get you (and a few STAMP SHACK friends) into the spirit, I'm sharing these cards with you! I hope you consider joining in on the Spring Fest by posting your creation in our inlinkz on the WoodwareUSA challenge blog or at the end of my post.
I created these cards with some of my most favorite things: embossing, Diamond Stickles, ribbon, twine, buttons...and doodling!
I really love this new set to Woodware USA called "Ornamental Flourishes" and knew the first thing I was going to do with it was emboss in WHITE. It's such a perfect set for backgrounds and I know it'll be really fun to do the chalk technique with too. The sentiment comes from the set called "Garden Greetings".
If you haven't already done so, make sure to head over to the Woodware USA blog to check out all the projects the design team has created this week. We hope to continue to inspire your stamping spirit and encourage you to join in on the fun...You just may be this month's PRIZE winner!!!
See ya Wednesday as I have some deelish Heartfelt Creations projects to share!

Sky background PERFECTION!
I don't often toot my own horn but boy am I proud of this card. I'm so proud of the color I achieved in the sky...It looks so realistic I'm just THRILLED with how it turned out. Check it out the next time you visit the Heartfelt Creations Booth at a convention near you.
Oh yes, it has some of my most favorite things...hand cut stamped images, flower embellishments, stitching, bling, sparkle, sewing...A bit (or a lot) much for some, but just right for me. And because the card measures slightly smaller than a standard A2 sized card, The green filagrees can flow off the page and the card will completely fit into a clear envie. YEAH!
This card measures almost 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches

Bouquet of Cheer...
Happy Hump Day! We're almost to the weekend! WOO HOO... My week is a bit short. I had Monday "off" because of Martin Luther King, Jr's Birthday so I took my little 2 year old niece out for lunch, we went to do a little service for our community in honor of MLK.
I happened to get a LOT of stamping projects completed this past weekend and am happy to say I am now working on my VALENTINE cards and gifts for my students! YEP, I'm ahead of the game...for now. Only time will catch up with me I'm sure.

Since it's Wednesday, it's time to share some of my newest Heartfelt Creations projects with you. Now you may think the colors are kinda freaky with this little card, and yes, they ARE in the photo, but I promise you, if you get a chance to visit Heartfelt Creations booth at a convention or show in the future, look for it...It's NOT that yellowy green! I promise the colors look BEAUTIFUL together. That's what taking photos without using a white light source during the middle of the night...UGGHHHH...I've gotta remember to use my OTT light!
Anyway, this cute little lady is called Bouquet of Cheer. Isn't she cute? I wanted to finish up using the celadon cardstock that I used on another project so I decided to color her dress to match. The pink paper in the background was stamped with the Angel Trumpet Flower stamp set with Red Colorbox Ink. The tag was hand cut without a template, just a snip here and there and a hole in the center. The sentiment is from the new set called Inspire Me Sentiments. I LOVE this set as it has pretty much every "event" covered! I added some black bling to pull it all together. I think this card is so fresh and fun. Can you just smell the fresh cut grass in the air???

Hope you have a fabulous day! Make it count!

Springtime Medley...
Heartfelt Creations is introducing a new collection that I KNOW will be a real HIT! This collection will bring a lot of sunshine to your stamping adventures because its all about the flowers! It's called SPRINGTIME MEDLEY and it's a mix of new flower images, coordinating dies and additional stamps from their collection of stamps available as "choose your mount" stamps.
I decided that this year I'm going to be working on creating an ATC book full of ATCs that I can keep, give away or put on cards. I think I'm also going to make some MOOS to. It'll be a great collection and I want to share the first two ATC's for this book...
