Sweet 'n Sassy and a Cuppa Joe!

Hello there inky friends!  Today I'm joining my fellow Coffee Loving Cardmaking teamies and the designers at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps as we collaborate to share some deelish creations!  We're bringing you inspiration that we hope will get your juices flowing!  If you've arrived here from the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog, you're on the right track.  If not, you can find the complete blogroll at the bottom of my post!

I decided to make a few cards featuring the fun new images in the backgrounder set called Texture Tiles 9.  I love the variety of COFFEE elements in this set!!! I paired these fun background images up with the Love You sentiment from the Much Love stamp set.  Did you notice I snuck in a little latte from the Texture Tiles 9 set?  Hee hee...
I wanted to keep this card crisp and clean so I kept the focus crisp using the gray color blocking.  Of course, that wasn't enough for me...I always have to add a bit of ribbon so I tied some black twine around the sentiment panel and then said...Ohhh wait...I know that wax seals are really trendy so lemme get out my sparkly silver embossing powder and some glue and make my own wax seal.  I added a sparkly gem and a wooden heart to finish off the embellishment.

Oh yes, I just love these two sets and plan on making SOOO many more cards and gift projects with them for valentines day.  This weekend is cookie decorating day too so I'm definitely going to use the sentiments as inspiration for my LURRRVE cookies!

So maybe you love blue like I do!  Well, I paired some of the same sweet stamps together to create this Love you MORE card.  It features a background of deelish coffee beans and a bold black sentiment.

I used some of that same fuschia and gray cardstock to block out some color and also added a heart shaped "wax seal" using some silver sparkle embossing powder heat set over glue.  SO DEELISH!

I attached the sentiment with foam squares and threaded a little twine around the bottom before adding some silver pearls.

Thanks so much for hopping over to check out my project.  I hope it inspires you to create something Lovey-Dovey today!  Remember to leave some love on each of our blogs for a chance to win a prize!  Please hop over to Helen's blog to check out her project!
