The Cat's Pajamas January Release Day Is Here!

Hello there inky friends!  Today's the day!!!  Today The Cat's Pajamas is officially releasing ALL of the fun sets we've been sneaking this past week.  What's your favorite?  I can't decide which one is my fave of this launch because they are all so cute...and some sooooo funny!  Check out the TCP Blog HERE.

Today I'm sharing another card featuring the cute little easter set called "Follow the Bunny".  I really love the images in this set and decided for my second card created with this set that I would focus on the cute little Easter Eggs.  I stamped the itty bitty ones (and the ones on the bunny basket) and colored them then assembled them on a circle diecut.  I stamped the sentiment inside the circle too.

After coloring the eggs with Copics, I cut each one out and assembled it on the circle using glue.  I then added some little bits of white opaque ink so that it could make the sentiment stand out a bit and add a little whimsy.

Of course I had to add some ribbon.  YUM!  Notice the pink strip of paper in the background?  It's got those little eggs too.  I stamped them with Wendi Vecci Pink ink that matches perfectly with it!

I thought the paper paired nicely with Kraft cardstock so that's what I mounted the decorative paper on.  Pretty pretty!
