I've had this idea popping around in my head since I got this set in the mail the other day. It's such a cute stamp set with Fhiona flying a kite but I thought it would look really cute if she were carrying some balloons...So that's what i set out to do. I drew some assorted balloons, colored them with my copics and attached some black DMC floss to match the string that was holding the kite. I found the perfect patterned paper from Basic Grey in my stash and started coloring Fhiona to match the paper...Oh, and while I was coloring her, I was on a mission to also meet Tami's "Create Something ORANGE" on the fiskateers blog. I decided to give her a little bit of rusty yellow hair this time instead of brown. I'm sure you can also see that I cuttlebugged the background with birthday numbers. 
Here's a close-up of the coloring I did on Fhiona. I used lots of colors and just kept adding more...Hee hee...
Doesn't it look like she's late for the party? It works, I think. Now I have a birthday card ready to mail to a friend! YEAH!!!PS...Did you hear about the earthquake in my neck of the woods? Apparently, I slept right through it this morning. GEESH!
