New year, new Banner!

To freshen up my banner...So decided to pull out my favorite OBP stamp and make a February banner...HOW YA LIKE IT?

Made a few more cards on inauguration weekend and just now have a chance to post this one and my banner... MORE stamps from the Chinese New Year Sale at OBP.
