You're the Flower in my Garden...

Hey all,

Today I'm sharing one of my newest cards for Heartfelt Creations.  I jumped right in using some of my new black bling I talked about on Monday, but this time I cut the bling off the swirly pattern it created because I just needed a few to add a little pizzaz and finish off my card.  I don't usually use swirly bling (I don't think I've ever used a whole swirl pattern of bing on one project) but I am known to cut the pieces off and use them one by one.

On this card, I used the Daisy Patch Swirls Precut Set , Daisy Patch Flowers Precut Set and the Daisy Patch Dies to match.  I just love how these images and dies work so well together.  I also used the Vintage Words Background in a hodge-podge way. Since I planned on cutting the edge off the card along the swirls, I added a few more swirls with my Copic Multiliner Pen to make the design stretch all the way to the corners of the page.  If you look close enough, you can probably pick out my doodles.  Of course, I had to add some Copic colors to match the card base too!  I also filled in the "polleny" part of the flower by adding dots of Gold Liquid Pearls. Nice effect, don't you think?

If you would like specific details on this card, please post a comment with a way to contact you and I would be happy to share or you can also check out the Heartfelt Creations blog to get the specific details there too!

Happy Stamping!
