Just a note...

Made this card for Magnolia Challenge Week 14. We were challenged to use buttons. I love buttons but don't seem to use them much. Yes, as you can see I do have them...LOTS OF THEM...They just sit pretty in a mason jar on my shelf! Gotta use more of them for sure.

See that background patterned paper? That was my color inspiration. I got an 8 pack of cards in the dollar bin at Target a while back and thought the colors were perfect for a fun summer card...I didn't think I was going to cut it all apart, but I did for this card! After cutting it out, I searched my stash for some coordinating cardstock. The apricot cardstock is from Michael's and it has this shimmery effect (DEEELISH!).

Here are the details for this card:

Stamps: Magnolia Tilda with Sunflower from the Halloween/Autumn collection, TAC sentiment from Tag Tidbits

Patterned Paper: From dollar bin card set at Target

Cardstock: Apricot Shimmer, Pink: The Paper Company (Michael's), Bazzill green: Parakeet

Embellishments Ribbon: Cut by the yard: Joanne's

Buttons: Basic Grey

Thread: DMC White

White acrylic paint (those white dots)

Glossy accents: for her eyes

Nestabilities Classic Circles and coordinating scallops

Copic Colors Used

Dress, Flower: YR23, Y17

Now I'm off to get some shelves for my craft room...
