Swapping Fun!

I was asked to join an altered puzzle piece swap several weeks ago and I decided to do the swap...I was sent the big puzzle pieces and was asked to alter them to display things about me...So this is my final outcome. I used acrylic paint and crackling medium to give the base layer. I love painting and distressing things, so this is me! Then I added some TAC stamping because that's me too... Added some ribbon (jute) because you know how I LOVE ribbon, added some Primas and stickles 'cause I LOVE that too...The words are all about me... Boy, I'm surprised how much ME I can add to a simple chipboard puzzle piece!!!

  8. The puzzle piece comes from Ellison. It is pretty big. The completed puzzle has 9 pieces and is 12x12 (a scrapbook page size).
